My brother has a severe disability with various debilitating symptoms but part of it is that he is unreasonably trusting of people with crooked goatees. Consequently, he developed an online parasocial "friendship" with one Phil Burnell, who subsequently whined, begged, guilted, and in the end intimidated my little brother, on stream, discord, and in emails and even phone calls, into donating thousands of dollars from his disability checks over the course of several months. I noticed that he had less spending money, which he likes to use on comic books and visits to the local zoo or water park (we're not a wealthy family and have many medical expenses), and he told me he was saving up for something but it turns out it was all going to Phil. My brother even told Phil where the money was coming from and that it would be nice if he could use it for other things, but Phil cried and told him Jasper was going to die if he didn't give more. He said he was holding Jasper in his arms at that moment and was going to have to strangle him so he wouldn't suffer anymore, if he couldn't pay for the treatment.

In another incident, Phil apparently masturbated while on the phone with my brother as they discussed upcoming donations and WWE.

I am exploring any and all legal options against Phil Burnell and am looking to get in touch with others who have had similar experiences. Judging from these emails, Phil is very practiced at preying on disabled and other unfortunate people. Let's make sure that he never has the chance to manipulate someone completely defenseless like this ever again.

My late husband lost 90% of his brain in a tubing accident and subsequently became a fan of Phil's content, and I have a similar story. In the end we lost everything - the boat, the house, the ranch, my clothing store - all because my husband was somehow convinced that this unrepentant cretin needed our hard-earned money more than we did. As a result of the shame of these losses, on the morning of our eviction the love of my life Jonathan David Angelo blew the remaining ten percent of his brain out onto the sidewalk with his service 45 before I'd even had a chance to ask where we were going to sleep that night.

I know in my heart that God will never forgive the walking abomination of gluttony and sin that is the thing they call Philip Burnell, and that for eternity he shall suffer the flames of Hades' torment, but I know that God also loves justice in this world. We must form an association, to pursue these righteous claims in man's court.

My late husband was killed in a helicopter accident, a helicopter the construction of which was "continuously improved" by a process overseen by one Phil Burnell, a fact which my attorneys have come to ascertain as a result of years-long litigation with the former owners of the company. In fact, Mr Burnell's lazy and utterly unqualified corner-cutting when it comes to helicopter safety has resulted in the deaths of at least several American policemen and Canadian mounties, as well as an Alaskan milkman. My attorneys and I are launching a class action lawsuit against this heinous manslaughterer, and we are presently actively seeking information and testimony from similarly affected pillars of the community.

In the year 2000 I ordered a wrap and a smoothie from a mall-based cafe in the Bridgeport Connecticut area and a young man I now know to be Phil Burnell served me tainted food from which I contracted salmonella, e coli and botulism all at once. I believe the source may have been his profuse sweating and snorting which deposited contagion onto my chicken ranch wrap and strawberry-banana smoothie. He appeared to be generally unwashed, especially the gaming t-shirt I could see underneath his uniform, which was also filthy. I had actually asked him to redo my order because I saw him wipe his snotty nose (without gloves) and then continue to make the first one, but in hindsight I should have just gone to Sbarro.

After being hospitalized and put into a medically induced coma for five and a half months I had to have a surgery that removed 75% of my digestive tract and I now must poop into a bag attached to my waist at all times as well take copious amounts of disgusting emulsifier supplements and also I can no longer do gymnastics.

I look forward to joining the class action lawsuit of the People vs Phil Burnell. He is truly a stain on our nation.

I was an attorney for several former and current detainees of the US government at Guantanamo Bay and participated in and witnessed several interrogations there, from which I developed PTSD I am currently being treated for. Before my first visit to the base I hadn't heard Phil's or his channel's name specifically, only that the feds had been getting great results out of a mysterious new interrogation technique, codenamed ABYSS.

But I soon became very familiar with DarksydePhil, on very my first day, because his videos were blasted on a 24/7 loop as a means of psychologically torturing inmates. In fact, of all the enhanced interrogation methods we employed - water boarding, extreme temperatures, stress positions, sleep deprivation, extended shackling, force feeding, beatings, mock executions - by far the most effective tool at causing men to "break" was Phil's gameplay videos. I saw hardened Taliban veterans reduced to weeping gibberish after mere minutes of exposure to Phil's content, and even the staff could only tolerate it for short periods of time without experiencing vomiting, hopelessness, and suicidal ideation, so we always had ear protection handy, and some of us also used experimental military goggles that reduced the wearer's perception of human hideousness.

The screams of the innocent, of which there were many, and the fear in their eyes as we threatened their wives and small children are one thing, sure, but what haunts me more than anything else, and what I'll never, ever forget, is the terrible specter of Phil's videos, looming there in the background, projected onto the concrete wall of each 4x6 cell, his leering face cackling at his own sheer puerility as the captive mujahadeen banged on their barred doors, alternately spilling their guts and begging for the release of death, at which point they were easy pickings for old Uncle Sam. Though I suspect most of the intel we got out of them was bunk - they would have said anything, just to stop the endless droning nightmare of Phil's stream.

Of course, the use of Phil on detainees or on the battlefield has since been strictly forbidden by executive order, finally bringing the US in line with the Geneva Conventions, and I'm glad that the people presently in my former position won't have to go through what I did. Even the most vile terrorist or genocidaire doesn't deserve that kind of treatment. It's not humane.

It's no excuse to say I was just following orders. May God have mercy on my soul for my role in unleashing the abject hell of Phil's content onto those men. They'll be scarred for life, too. I have dreams where I travel to Afghanistan and find Ahmed and ask for his forgiveness and he's actually gracious and forgives me, and I meet his family, who survived the war somehow, and we share green tea and start to heal our shared wounds from that past time when we together were exposed to that most cruel and unusual biohazardous WMD known as Phil Burnell. But then I wake up and think that kind of thing is only really possible in dreams.
