Are you serious about this making a huge tournament. Do you know the money you need and have to spent to do this. You would need a place to rent if you think there are going to be over 400+ people inside all at once. Money for equipments like the projector screen. and many more other stuff.
You can save some money by not buying a projector casue some place have them and would let you use it. As for the cabients i hope you know how to get those and have a tech around to fix broken sticks or buttons.
If your serious about this i could tell you how to save alot of money from the equipments part. So if your looking to pull this event off and make it huge you need lots of helpers, people donate money, maybe some sponsor's, and lots of people. You better start looking for a place to do this.
