It's sad to say, but there is no central arcade in Connecticut for Street Fighter anymore. Here is an outline of places you can still go for a little comp:
What's Your Game? on North Avenue in Bridgeport, CT -This arcade has MvC2 on a cabinet with bad color and fast time...and sometimes high damage. The controls are also lacking most of the time. -This is the ONLY arcade in the area that has Third Strike. The controls are almost perfect, and every once in a while players will show up. However, people find it hard to find a time when everyone is there...usually people just randomly show and meet by chance rather than planning.
FYE in Westfield Shoppingtown, Trumbull, CT -This arcade is the only arcade to go to in CT for a good game of MvC2. Two largescreen cabs with 360 sticks and flat jap buttons. Also making an effort to hold tournaments; go to the tournaments and events thread for more information.
Smiles Amusement Center, Milford CT -Used to be THE place to be a few years ago. Ever since their largescreen MvC2 cab broke, there is really no reason to go. They now have TWO CvS2 machines, but both are on small cabs and with bad controls. Don't bother wasting your time.
Danbury Fair Mall, Danbury, CT -Apparently the arcade in Danbury Fair mall now has CvS2 on a nice cab, and there are a sufficient number of players. I would assume this is the one arcade in Connecticut worth going to for CvS2 at this point.
Know any more places? Post!
